The Stage offers a relaxing seating area with table and chairs for snacks between classes. We sell healthy snacks and refreshments to quench your thirst or satisfy your appetite after a rigorous workout.
The Stage has an on-site massage therapist who is available to soothe your sore muscles after any class! Appointments can be made at the reception desk.
