What is SH’BAM™?
SH’BAM™ is one of the latest professionally-developed dance-based fitness workouts in town. SH’BAM™ is a 45-minute dance workout that is set to different chart-topping tracks, dance hits that are commonly heard in the best nightclubs all over the world, from familiar classics mixed with modern hip-hop and Latin beats. It is among the celebrated LES MILLS™ programs, with new releases produced every three months with fresh choreography and music.

About the Instructor: Tracey Cutler is the founder and owner of The Stage. Tracey has been a professional dancer on Broadway, a choreographer, and an innovator in the fitness industry for over 20 years. Classically trained at the School of American Ballet in New York City and taught by renowned choreographers Mia Michaels and Joe Lanteri, she has enjoyed a successful career in the dance and theater industry.
