Dance Fusion is an aerobic based, low-impact dance class that fuses techniques used in Ballet and Jazz to create an hour of sheer enjoyment. An Adult Beginning Tap Class with great music and BYOB! (Bring your own beverage)

This is a social ballroom class that will focus on one dance each month to prepare you for nights out on the town, weddings, special events, and ballroom parties at The Stage! Styles include Salsa, Cha-Cha, Waltz, Rumba, Swing, Foxtrot, Tango, Mambo, Quickstep, and more! No need to bring a partner. Class rotations will allow you to dance with multiple partners, as well as receive individualized instruction from the professional teacher.

Adult Ballet (Beginner/Intermediate)

This class, created by All-American athlete, master drummer and virtuoso dancer Tony Coppola, is a unique blend of MUSIC, DANCE andSPORTS. With the use of hand-held percussive instruments, children stay engaged and stimulated by participating in challenging games, sports drills set to music, producing vocal patterns, inventing dance sequences, and more. This class enhances CREATIVITY, COORDINATION, MUSICALITY, DISCIPLINE, CONFIDENCE and TEAMWORK! Students enrolled in this class will form a dance troupe, and will participate in frequent performances.

This class combines the best moves from Zumba, Jazz, and Hip Hop with top 40′s hits and hot International music to keep your teens active and fit. They won’t stop moving to the beat in this exhilarating hour of dance and fun! This is a great opportunity for kids ages 12-17 to be social, while improving upon their dance technique and physical fitness! Get ready to have some fun with no adults allowed!
Kids Ballroom Dancing
This extraordinary program introduces children to the basics of ballroom dance including posture, poise, balance and technical steps. Young ballroom dancers will do exercises to learn styling, timing, musicality and self-expression. Throughout the year, students will work on Salsa, Mambo, Cha-Cha, Rumba, Fox-Trot, Waltz, Swing and Tango. This is a fabulous opportunity for children to develop their talent and self-confidence while learning the disciplined art form of Ballroom dance.
Hip Hop for Kids
Dance like your favorite pop star in this high-energy, upbeat and age appropriate class! Kids will improve rhythm, coordination and musicality while learning fun, hip hop combinations to their favorite songs! Kids can feel free to express their own individual style, while building self-esteem and socialization skills! This is a great way to keep kids moving and BOPPING TO THE BEAT!
Teen Hip Hop
Teens will learn fun hip-hop techniques and combinations all danced to old school and popular hip hop music. The teen class will focus on more advanced choreography, longer sequences of dance steps, poise and confidence in front of an audience, and adding personal style to their moves!
A true introduction to classical ballet and basic tap steps for early elementary dancers. This 45-minute dance class will focus on coordination, flexibility and balance as little ones learn to chasse, glissade, leap and twirl across the floor. With familiar childhood tunes, age-appropriate choreography, and positive reinforcement, young children will have fun while gaining a true appreciation for the art of dance. 25 min ballet technique / 20 min tap. Ballet slippers and tap shoes required. Ages 2-4
One magical hour of imaginative games and movement exercises which explore rhythm, musicality, coordination and logic. Props (scarves, tamborines, bean bags, teddy bears, ribbons, head wear, beach balls, tiaras). Ages 3-5
POW! BAM! BANG! Become a Superhero for the day in this highly imaginative class where little ones heroically jump, twirl and somersault to save the World. Capes and super props provided…though Super Costumes are encouraged! Ages 4-6
Jr. & Beginning Ballet
This class offers Classical ballet technique for the beginning level young dancer with an added emphasis on ballet terminology and history. This class follows a traditional contemporary structure: barre warm up, center adage, petite allegro and grand allegro. Age 6-8 / Age 8-10 / Age 10-12
Children will love this introduction to gymnastics as they learn basic tumbling moves such as headstands, somersaults, cartwheels and backbends, build upper body strength on the parallel bars, build coordination and balance on the balance beam, increase cardiovascular endurance on the trampoline, and acquire confidence as they learn choreography in preparation for performances. The fun, kid-friendly music and positive environment will encourage children to learn new skills and strive to be the best they can be! This introduction to basic tumbling technique with an integration of dynamic moves will keep little bodies in motion and inquisitive minds engaged.
Mommy and Me for Kids under Three
This class is specifically designed for toddlers under age 3 to interact, dance and develop with their parents. Theme-based classes provide many opportunities for language development, and activities are designed to challenge your child’s growing cognitive abilities. The incorporation of props, choreography to beloved sing along tunes and light tumbling allow for both interactive and independent creative time during class.
This class gives “Star Catchers” the opportunity to learn choreography and perform in front of live audiences in public venues. This class will focus on Jazz, Tap, and Character/Musical Theater, while also emphasizing performance techniques, stage presence and self-confidence. It is highly recommended that students take Ballet in addition to this 90-minute weekly choreography workshop to build a strong foundation for dance. Assessment auditions will be held. Students must be between the ages of 7-14 to participate.
